Our design service ensures that the scope of works remains achievable before a full set of plans are produced – which keeps the level of investment to a minimum prior to the design drawings are finalised.
From the first consult, you will be working closely with our design service team to collaborate together and ensure that the design reflects your requirements. Along the way we will also be budgeting with you to help maintain the design, but also to allow you to make informed decisions towards the selections you make. This process ensures that upon completion of the preliminaries process there are no nasty surprises when receiving the final quote to complete the work.
We have optional interior design consultants to help you select your internal finishings, along with selecting your colours – the more detail we can work out early in the process the easier it will be to produce the design at your budget level!
